What we liked
- + The spec sheet describes air-activated warmers that start working once the package is opened, with no power or batteries needed.
- + Up to 10 hours of heat is stated, which covers a short outage or a cold delivery day.
- + HotHands is a long-established warmer brand, and a pack of 10 pairs keeps spares on hand.
Trade-offs
- - These are sold as hand warmers for outdoor use, not for animals, and the manufacturer says nothing about reptile or shipping use.
- - The heat is not adjustable and no temperature control is offered, so keep them from direct contact with an animal.
