What we liked
- + Same Etekcity brand as the original Lasergrip, with dual lasers and a 12:1 distance-to-spot ratio.
- + Temperature filtering, backlight, data hold, F/C switch, auto-off, 9V battery included.
- + Measures from -58 to 1022 degrees F without touching the surface, a wide span.
Trade-offs
- - Listing says readings are for inanimate objects and are not correct for humans or animals.
- - It is a general tool sold for cooking, auto and HVAC, so it is not reptile specific.
