What we liked
- + Day and night modes save running two separate light fixtures
- + Ultra-thin hood sits low on a screen top without blocking other lamps
- + Energy-efficient LEDs add little heat to the enclosure
Trade-offs
- - Night mode light may still disturb some animals, so test how yours reacts
- - Not strong enough to grow demanding live plants well
