What we liked
- + Listed as a live culture loaded with eggs, so a colony can establish in a new enclosure.
- + A temperate species gives you an option for setups that run cooler than tropical springtails prefer.
- + A single 8 ounce culture is an easy, low priced way to add a cleanup crew to one enclosure.
Trade-offs
- - The product page is very short, with one feature bullet and no care or shipping detail.
- - At 8 ounces it is half the size of the 16 ounce culture it replaces.
