What we liked
- + Organic blend is aimed at keeping isopod colonies thriving
- + 8 Quart size covers a small terrarium or several culture bins
- + Works as a bioactive base layer for tropical vivariums
Trade-offs
- - Isopod-first formula may be too rich or damp for arid reptiles
- - Still needs a drainage layer and barrier underneath in larger builds
