What we liked
- + Magnetic mounting adds usable space high on the glass
- + Gives arboreal geckos and frogs a perch without drilling
- + Easy to lift off and reposition during cleaning or redecorating
Trade-offs
- - Not a heat source, so it does not replace a heat rock in any way
- - Needs a lamp or panel above to become a warm basking spot
